Solución
VK Light Solutions replaced all 40 fluorescent troffers with DLC-listed 2x2 LED panels rated at 28 watts each, reducing the total connected load from 3.0 kilowatts down to 1.1 kilowatts. Occupancy sensors were installed throughout the office to deliver an additional 30% runtime reduction on the new LED fixtures during unoccupied periods. Together, the fixture swap and sensor controls were engineered as a single integrated retrofit to maximize verified energy savings.
